許煜​亮

Yu-Liang (Andy) Hsu received the B.S. degree in Automatic Control Engineering from the Feng Chia University (FCU), Taichung, Taiwan, in 2004, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, in 2007 and 2011, respectively. From October to December 2012, he is a postdoctoral fellow in of Electrical Engineering Department of NCKU. From January 2013 to October 2014, he serves as an assistant researcher in of Electrical Engineering Department of NCKU working on the development of Artificial Intelligent, Wearable Intelligent Technology, and System Identification. From February 2015 to January 2018, Dr. Hsu joined the faculty of Automatic Control Engineering Department of FCU. From February 2018 to July 2021, Dr. Hsu is an Associate Professor of Automatic Control Engineering Department of FCU. From August 2019 to July 2021, He is also the Director of Facilities Management Center of College of Information and Electrical Engineering at FCU. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering Department of National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU). He has been a member of the Phi Tau Phi Honor Society since 2004. He won the Wu Ta-You Memorial Aeard in 2022 and was elected as the Distinguished Junior Research Professorship at NSYSU in 2022. His research interests include Wearable Intelligent Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Electromechanical System Integration, Intelligent Rehabilitation Assistive Device, and Precise Sport Sciences.

Dr. Hsu received the Wu Ta-You Memorial Award by Ministry of Science and Technology in 2022, Outstanding Young Scholar Award by Ministry of Science and Technology in 2019 and 2022, Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor in 2004, Outstanding Young Faculty by Kaohsiung Chapter of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering (CSME) in 2024, Young Scholar Award in Mechatronics Engineering and Technology by International Society of Mechatronic Engineering (ISME) in 2024, Best Advisor Award of 18th, 21th, and 23th Macronix Golden Silicon Awards in 2018, 2021, and 2023, Outstanding Paper Publication Award of the Feng Chia University in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, Best Paper Award of 2012 Conference on ISG*ISARC, Merit Paper Award of TAAI 2013, First Prize Paper Award of IEEE ICASI 2017, Best Conference Paper Award of IEEE ICASI 2018, Best Conference Paper Award of IEEE ECBIOS 2021, and Best Conference Paper Award of IEEE ICASI 2023.
